My career in Yeaps Corporation started as a Talent Acquisition associate. With the guidance of my immediate supervisor and manager, I transitioned as Talent Management Associate expanding my mission set with employee services and training and development. As a year went by, another door for growth and opportunity has opened in which I was given another opportunity to be a Lead for Talent Management, overseeing the talent acquisition, employee services, training and development and Labor Relations. With my passion and dedication with the role, I am currently working as HR Lead handling and overseeing the whole Human Resources together with my team mates and COO I work alongside with.

A blessing in disguise as I started my first professional career in the company wherein I completed my On-the-Job Training. An opportunity has opened right after I obtained my Bachelor's degree. My main focus is working hand-in-hand with the Training Manager in conducting company-wide trainings and monthly strategic planning for calendar of activities.
